Developed by Okutama Pilates, Cord•Innate®︎ is a patented, innovative Pilates tool designed to stabilize the body’s balance and central axis by enabling training that reaches as far as the spaces between the fingers and toes—an area difficult to engage with conventional straps.

Background of Development

Through extensive research into the original Pilates apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates, this tool was created with the goal of restoring the body’s natural functions, including:

• Hip joint mobility
• Spinal alignment
• Scapular mobility
• Cervical (neck) alignment
